The greatest thing in the world is to feel the skin of a newborn baby. It has such an amazing scent and indescribable softness like no other. I remember the moment Diego was born perfectly. It was precious feeling the softness in his little hands and feet, pure tenderness... it is something I wish to hold onto forever. But unfortunately I know that with time, weather, and pollution, the skin is the first to suffer.
We live in a city in Texas where the weather is very dry. I have always needed to be careful with my skin, and especially my baby's since his skin is really sensitive and I have sometimes noticed dryness in his little face and legs. This is the reason why I am very careful when I am choosing the soap and moisturizing cream for Diego's skin.
I confess that when Dove contacted me with the news of their release of a new line for babies, I was the happiest woman in the world because I have always been a big fan of their products. I have actually used them for years and I know they are incredibly moisturizing.
The new Baby Dove is a range of baby care products that goes beyond mildness to replenish essential moisture and nutrients in baby's skin. All Baby Dove products are dermatologist and pediatrician tested and hypoallergenic for all babies' skin types. These characteristics are what I was looking for in caring for my baby's skin. Knowing Baby Dove brings the heart of the Dove brand into baby care brings me even more peace and certainty that it is the perfect product for Diego.
As I researched more on the products, I found this interesting fact - during a single bath, babies’ skin can lose moisture up to five times faster than an adult's, making it vulnerable to dryness. With this information, I now understand more than about my baby’s sensitive skin.
I started my journey with Baby Dove by trying the Rich Moisture Tip to Toe wash, and I can tell you that it is just perfect for Diego. You can feel the softness in your baby's skin and it also has a delicate scent that is divine for any preference. I also had the opportunity to try the Rich Moisture Dove Shampoo. I loved it. You can feel the softness in the hair as it dries.
After the shower, I used
